End-user license agreement

General conditions

If you decide to use the Site and the Site applications, including RSS, API, software and other files, you agree to comply with all the conditions set forth in these Site Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”). These Rules are a legally binding agreement between the user and the Company, the subject of which is to provide the user with services for using the Site and its services.

Resolution of conflicts and disputes

Notwithstanding any provisions of the foregoing, nothing in these Rules can be used to interpret the provisions specified in the Privacy Policy.
